How to get the Yes channel to stream

Roku smart TV
The YES channel will not stream

It kust flickers "loading live stream" but nothing happens.
I followed the steps for a system restart. This did not help.

Is this only happening on that specific channel? Usually, for channels that airs live stream, it has delays like you need to wait for 5 minutes or more. You may try also this solution, if you go down to the account search tab at the bottom of the home screen, type in whatever TV stations you’re looking for and see if it's available.

Thank you for the response. Ive let it stream for over 5 minutes and it does not load.
