hello, I bought stream 11 pro g4 with window 10 having 1.10GHz as its base frequency (turbo of 2.2GHz). I want to download an important software that works fine on min 1.5ghz. pls how do I increase it?

I bought a hp stream 11 laptop with os window 10 with a 1.10GHz as it base frequency with its turbo 2.2GHz. I want to install a sage 50, the installation hangs half way. how do I increase its speed from 1.10ghz to 1.5ghz . thanks
