This video it's full of block. Is it possible to improve the quality of the video? It's true that in 2011 and that year there was already Full HD, but unfortunately it was made with YouTube videos in 144p / 240p / 360p: https/youtu.be/OnyOYHha3fg

Not really, it's ok SD quality recording fotage and probably heavily compressed.
