How to install the Realtek driver

Hi, so recently I've formatted my hard drive and I let Windows 10 install all of the drivers automatically. Unfortunately Windows didn't install the realtek driver, and now I have to do it manually. So I've downloaded the realtek driver from my mobo's website: https/www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z270%20Extreme4/index.asp#Download
and after extracting the files, I have no idea which folder to choose from.
Can anyone help me with that?
I use windows 10 64 bit.

Oh yeah, you're right, I've actually just noticed that both of the setup.exe files are the same size too, so they're probably the same

Run the blue one with file type "application"
