Solved! How to install windows xp from hp 430 notebook

we have supplied HP notebook 430 with core i3 but XPP is not installed it given the blue dump error please suggest how to install the xpp it is very urgent help require

if somebody have the licences of xp then how can he will be ablt to intall the WIN7
