How to mend dropped Dual lcd tv

My Adsa brought Dual 22" must have been treated roughly, as it has suddenly developed a large graph type topped white area, with multi coloured lines in it. It still get ariel tv but the sound is a bit jerky. I can't find out which comp actually make the screen, but I think itt's Samsung. Any chances of some tips. Many thanks in advance

Send to service center, high voltage inside, do not attempt dis assembly .
