How to monitor temps in game?

I'm playing skyrim and I have fraps so I can see my fps in the corner but is there anyway to monitor my temps? Mainly the CPU? Or does exiting out EVERYTIME the only way to check? Will the CPU stay the same heat after exiting the game long enough for me to check?

I have to have two monitors?

no. use a program like GPU-z and check out the monitoring section. There is an option to log to a file. Then you can just look at the file after you've been playing.

I am using hwinfo64 is that ok
