How to Open the Hidden Menus in a Roku Device

Roku devices have more than one ace hidden up their sleeve and here is how to find some of the hidden menus to get to some great fine-tuning capabilities.

Menu Screen Number 1
It is a combination of keys that has to be done rapidly and in the following order: the ‘Home’ button has to be pressed ‘Five Times’, then the ‘Fast Forward Three Times’, and finally the ‘Rewind Button Two Times’.

• ■ What can you access through that menu? You can access the factory reset option, also make an update on the software or server and run a USB test. You have to be careful; anything you change or do there will have drastic consequences.

Menu Screen Number 2
To Access this menu, the combination and the order are as follows: the ‘Home Key Five Times’, then the ‘Up Key’, ‘Twice the Rewind Button’ and finally the ‘Fast Forward One’.
