Hello,
As the title says, I and my co-worker use the same computer and I have some ".exe" executable files that I want to prevent them from being uploaded but still can run when I open them.
Do you have any advise?
Thanks a lot.

That I don't afraid of

You could encrypt those files.

You can change permissions for the files. Google "Change file permissions".

Why do they have access to those applications? Don't you have your own account?

We need those file to work, but I don't want him to upload it elsewhere for his personal use

Not possible, you can't stop someone from copying if you have access to execute.
he can copy and rename, zip it to different file extension.

I assign the file to a function key, when press it, the file run

shortcut make no different, unless he don't know anything about computer. he can search for it or just use the shortcut to locate the executable.
