How to prevent your Phone from saving Pictures on your SD card. And change the storage device?

I have a HTC Thunderbolt and the SD card port is damaged. So I want the pictures to save to the internal instead of the external Storage. If that is possible please let me know how to change it. Thanks!

Default setting should be to save to internal storage. Most camera apps should also give you the option of choosing where to save it.
