I am not sure what you mean by program it? A sim card has no effect on the tablets OS.

Please give a bit more details on exactly what is going on and what it is you are trying to do.

My Samsung table 10.1 kept shutting itself down. It state that sim card not reading? I also notice that android system also pop up every time it shut down and restart itself up?

any help would be really appreciate.
