How to read speed fan?

im assuming fan 1 is the cpu fan cause of high rpm

but how do i know which fan is the other 2?

i need to know because i want to replace the slower fan

Basically the only way to do so is through trial and error, i.e. remove the fan that you think is slow and turn on speed fan. If it is still there, keep trying until the slower one disappears.
