How to repair phone disturbed during flashing

I was flashing my vodafone kicka VE 200 using SP FLASH TOOL, my PC shut down due to electrical faulty. So i turned on my PC and try to flash again but now the phone is not detectable by PC and it also refuse to turn on or charging.

PLEASE HELP!!!

That is called "bricking", get a new phone. If you can't turn it on, nothing you can do.
