For the first ever tomshardware has failed to answer the question.
My plantronics has been sitting around in a drawer for 4 years. I now need to use it, the first thing to do will be REPLACE the battery. But NO-BODY has the instructions on how to open it. Not in the docs, everyone wants to know how to open it but no-one knows. My next step will be a hammer, then go and buy a new Blue Tooth.
