How to reprogram my my LG smart TV with 3D option

My remove after replacing batteries, does not function at all.

Please let me know as I stream video and subscription channels and can no longer get to them
without the remove functions.

I subscribe to UVerse internet/TV

Make sure you put the batteries in correctly. Ask my how I know.
