How to separate Front and Back pannel audio

Hello , since I've resetted my PC I cannot have both my Headphone and speakers connected and just switch them with the sound pannel , my motherbord didn't change since then , and I've tried with it .

(Edit) But Since then I can't find the proper driver , and I can't find any driver, even on Dell website. well I do find driver but not for me , even if I use a Inspiron 620 .

I'm using Windows 10 , Connexant HD Audio , and a Dell Motherboard.

Download the driver you were using before from Dell support site. Having speakers off when the headphones are in is normal operation for most systems.

I do know that, but all audio driver that I could find (so 2 of em) there's 1 working and the other one doesn't work, it doesn't even let me install it . But before I could just switch from the audio pannel . And I want to be abble to do it again , as before.
