how to solve facebook temporary lock ??

hello my fb account all on a sudden my account is temporarily locked whenver i log in it says For security reasons your account is temporarily locked
If this account reflects your real name and personal information, please help us verify it. i have given some ids of mine and after that fb said that fb will let know later on my email address so how long it will take can anyone answer

no e mail were sent in that page facebook is telling me to give government ids but i dont have any plz tell me how

School ID cards, birth certificates, even something like a bank statement might help.
