How to transfer files from SD card to my Windows 10 computer

I have always been able to down load my Olympus camera SD card to my computer.
Now with windows 10 the computer will not recognize the SD card
or the camera using a usb cable connection.
what do I do ?

Get a SD card reader. It is faster and more reliable than transferring from a camera.
