how to transfer videos and pictures to the sd card on j1ace

I cant open my files cause there is no space on my phone while my sd card is almost empty. please help

You can always connect the phone to a computer via USB cord. Then move all the files over to an empty folder(folders) on the computer. Move, not copy, that way they are no longer on the device. Then, using the same USB cord connection, move them over to the SD card from the computer. I would recommend also leaving a copy on the computer as a back up.
