whenever I touch the pad the mouse jumps like crazy. I also tried to use external usb mouse but an error comes as unrecognised usb device but that same mouse work fine when attached to my frnd laptop.
Also I formatted my laptop but the problem does not resolved. Also I change the sensitivity level of the touch pad but nothing happen. Plz tell me the asap as I am artists and mouse is very important for me.
