How to unlock amd sempron 145 processor 2.80 ghz

Hi i was wondering if you can tell me how to unlock my amd sempron 145 processor without destroying the processor because if i destroy my processor my dad s gonna kill me tnx i have
my motherboard or mainboard is
msi 760gm-p23
i have 2 gb of ram but i am using 1.75 thats not the problem i set that myself
i have amd 760g (ati radeon hd 3000) and i am running windows 7 32 bit plss help me to set best setting and if you can pls tell what to do tnx

Yes it has 😀 but idk which are the best settings pls s i know it can be overclocked but without burning processor all i need is stronger processor and all games will run just fine so pls anyone

Even overclocked that CPU will not be good for gaming.

That CPU won't even allow medium settings.

There is no such thing as best settings as each cpu are different, you will need to go OCing a little at a time.
