how to upgrade jellybean 4.2.2 on my samsung tablet.....says it is updated to latest version. i cannot install some apps - says they are not compatible with my version? ie junes journey game or microsoft excel etc? please help

which samsung tablet is it exactly?

If it says it´s up to date, usually that´s true and you cannot use apps which are not designed for your device and android version (4.2.2). If you wanna use these apps, you will have to buy a new tablet with a newer operating system.

if your carrier or samsung didn´t officially release the update 4.4.2, you can try one of these:
https/www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-tab3/GT-P5200/

Backup any data on your tablet first

version 4.4.2 is the latest official for this tablet, many apps might not support this version as well

there are unofficial firmware ROMs out, some thing might not work after an update with these versions

4.2.2 is not compatible, so you will have to get a new tab or flash it yourself to a newer version with Odin.
