How to upgrade to Android 4.4.2 with AT&T S4 without Wifi

Hello, I currently own the Galaxy S4 through AT&T but my wifi doesn't work. When I go to update, it says the download can only occur through wifi. Is there any other method of getting this? Thanks.

Update: Also, if this helps, I have the i337 model and it is not rooted.

Install Kies from Samsung site, it should allow you to upgrade using USB and your Windows PC.
