How use my android 4G data to my PC via tplink router?

Hi.
I generally use cable internet to my pc via tplink wifi router. PC is connected via cable to router. I also access the net from router through wifi to my Gionee android.

Suppose my cable net is not doing well or dead....

Now... is it possible to use or share my android's carrier data to my PC via that TPlink wifi router? Means I want to use my phone's data to my PC which is connected through wire with TPlink router.

An Android device is unlikely to be recognised over a Windows network.

Use a USB cable to connect the phone to a PC and you can access the data in Windows File Explorer.
