HP Compaq nx7400 LCD model?

Hi, I can not very well English, but I'll try to describe my problem the best.
I have a laptop HP Compaq nx7400 with a defective screen (about half of the screen is black and if you rotate the display to the propeller works). I decided that replacing the display will solve this problem.
The original piece is called LP154W01 (TL) (AE) - cost about 2300CZK.
I found on the internet part called LP154W01 (TL) (D4) or LP154W01 (TL) (AH), which are about 50% cheaper.

All three display HP launches as Compaq nx7400 displays.

Please explain what the abbreviation for the model LCD display means and that when I buy a cheaper model and will be operational in the notebook.

The differences may mean a newer or older model screen, or they may refer to a screen being glossy or matte. They can also indicate the screen's specs, such as gamut percentage, resolution, etc.

You may need to ask the seller and get compatibility info from them.
