HP DV5 latptop overheating issue

I bought my HP DV5 laptop way back almost 5 years before... Since then facing an immense issue with its overheating and it creates a lot of noise even when it's in normal state... overheating cause my laptop battery dead as well and I have replaced almost 4 battery in almost an year...

While searching for overheating issue, I found multiple quite good solutions but still in doubt which one is the right solution to the problem.. Is there any anyone who will provide me the best solution for problem with proper step by step guidelines....

If your handy with a screw driver, strip it down, clean the fans and replace thermal paste, search HP for the maintenance manual, very clear instructions or try blasting fan and vents with compressed air.
