HP G6 & G72 keyboard replacement compatibility!

Hi,
I'm trying to buy a keyboard for the HP Pavilion G6 and the G72 because the keys are broken and some of the G6's keys don't work because milk was spilt on it.

I'm looking on ebay for the keyboards, I'm confused, do any keyboards work for the laptop as long as it has the model number e.g. for the G72? - Genuine HP Compaq Presario CQ72 G72 Laptop keyboard UK 615850-031 CQ72 G72

Hi, for the HP G6 the model number for the keyboard is 636376-031, I found this one. And the one you found for the HP G72 is the right model number for the keyboard. But be sure when you order the keyboard to look at the ribbon for the keyboard, if it's at the same location as the one you have.
