HP laptop SUUUPER SLOW BOOT AND SHUT DOWN

HI GUYS I NEED SOME HELP T.T

Ive been having some issues with my HP laptop. It takes forever for it to boot up, i even took the time...20 min. And once it got in, loading anything takes another LOTS OF MINUTES.
Ive tried everything, all the HP forums "fixes" but nothing :S
I even tried to Restore it, but shows uop an Error.
And all the hardware is ok cause i run an entire system check with the software that comes within the laptop

PLEASE HELP T.T

i saw that "fix"
but the thing is that after i finally booted, and finally i could put my user and password, all i see is my wallpaper and some icons on the app tray, and no matter what i press, it wont respond
