this laptop is for my sister , she wants it for normal usage email-facebook-chatting-wordpad ... etc and no games or programing at all so which one is better for her
first i know that these are perfect laptop for her cuz i know that i3 is just enough and these laptops are i5
but i just want to know which one is better to go for
samsung or hp

If it's for your sister, unless it's a birthday gift that you don't want her to know about, I would suggest finding them or similar ones at Best Buy or somewhere and let her get some aesthetic time. Females (not trying to judge or over generalize) tend to like form over function, and if it's 'ugly', then it will never please her, no matter what hardware is in it.
