Question HP Pavilion 14-bf008na Laptop won’t fully charge

My HP Pavillion (Windows 10) wont fully charge, it charges to 70% then it tells me it’s no longer charging. Laptop is only 18 months old and the battery diagnostic says the battery is okay

I have tried disabling drivers, calibrating the battery, draining the battery, updating BIOS and just about everything that HP have advised me to do and I’m still having the same issue

Any help would be appreciated

In cases like this, the problem is either the battery is getting weak or it an internal problem, I'll suggest you get an original battery replacement and if that doesn't help, I'd say you take it to an engineer to look into it

Thank you, unfortunately money is a bit on an issue at the moment so those options will have to be my absolute last resort
