Hp zbook 15 g2 will not turn on

Hp zbook 15 g2 will not turn on and power light and caps lock light continuosly flash.

I have tried to remove the battery and hold the power button for 1 minute.

When I put the battery back in and plug the ac adapter back in it starts to flash again immediately.
