HTC Hero, phone is locked and my password is not working.

Hello,
My son decided to play with my phone last night (the screen was locked) now I can't unlock it. I've done a bit of research but haven't had any luck. I did not setup a google acct and changing the google password was the fix for most people.
I also tried holding the Call,Home,Back, and Drop Call bottons with no luck, just 3 beeps and a flashing amber light.

I would go into your cell phone provider's store and have them reset your phone or sim card!
