HTC ONE isn't starting

my HTC one doesn't gets started it show the starting display with a small vibration but again it gets down and then repeats the same and the same tried the safe mode every option but didn't worked and how can i extract the internal Data if it does not switches on? and how i can extract pictures from it ?

Google how to open boot loader.Go to recovery there and delete your dalvik cache and cache partition and restart.
If it doesn't work post back with detail on what you did with the phone(did u try rooting or anything beacause it happened to me).
