HTC One S doesn't turn on.

I replace the digitizer. After replacing it, the first time i switch on it was ok. Then when i switch off and turn it on again nothing it doesn't work. LED charging light on when plugged. And button light blink when I pressed the switch button and the phone vibrate. Any idea how to fix?

Have you done a hard reset?

Hold the power button for about 15 seconds (the soft keys should blink 15 times also see if you can boot into your boot-loader (hold power and volume down for about 2 seconds, then let the power button go and continue to hold volume down until screen comes on)

I've done the hard reset. The soft key blink 15 times after that the phone vibrate a short while. But there's still no response on the screen. I've also tried holding the power and volume down for 2 seconds and release the power button . Could this be that the new digitizer that I just replaced is broken? I'm considering ofmbuying a new digitizer to try. However I just wannna make sure if its worth it. Thanks for any help.
