Hyperx Cloud 2 mic too low

I have searched around the net, and this seems to be a common problem.
Some say to uninstall sound drivers and install again, so you can turn up the volume on the sound icon at the bottom > recording devices > properties > levels.

- But i haven't figured out how to do it yet, don't even think i have a soundcard.

Realtek sound chip is integrated on the motherboard.

Settings are in Control Panel >> Realtek HD Audio Manager (provided Realtek audio driver package has been installed).

Just downloaded it, and when i open it, it's just blank, and shows different plug-ins on the right side?

Well, i can turn up the volume on my headset now, but not my microphone: its still set at 0.0 dB

I have to talk very loud for them to hear me, and it's kinda difficult when my parents go to sleep... help help hlep

Same Issue and not been able to find solution, even with updating Realtek drivers to 1/13/17 version.
