Question I accidentally restarted a deletion of an old windows version. I looked for windows.old and it's not there. What shall I do?

On my friends rca W101SA23T1 I accidentally restarted the device while it was deleting a previous windows version. I cannot find the windows .old folder and do not know what to do. The 20 gigs is still there for the windows folder yet it should be only 10 gigs. Any help is appreciated.

I tried that. It doesn't show the previous version to clean. There is no
Windows.old folder. Not sure what can be done
