I am unable to download anything from Google play store on my next book Ares 8 inch tablet.

Option 1.

Go into "Settings" and then "Apps". Scroll over to "All" and then locate the "Google Play Store". Tap it and then tap each of the following... "Force Stop", "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache". Now restart the tablet and (if asked) re-add your Google account info.


Option 2.

Try removing your Gmail account from the tablet, then restart the tablet and re-add the account.
