Bought a 512gb sd card for Alcatel 6.0 version and why the sd card made my phone totally useless until I took it out? What do I do with this card?

If that 512gig is really a 512MB, the phone might be telling you it can't do anything with a card having such a small storage capacity.

Modern phones will probably expect to see at a 16GB SdCard.
