The phone that I just bought from an individual is saying that it has to have the recent Google account login because the phone was hard reset I know the people's names but I do not know the email address associated with the account how can I get my phone set up or reset so I can enter my information to use this phone

Someone stole my phone it is an LG. How do I hard reset to wipe completely clean so I can start from fresh. It says phone was reset, enter the email this phone is associated with. Hope can I get past this if I don't remember the password, phone number, or month and year I made account. Is there anyway I can do anything about this?
