I bought a new enter e-wc 12 pc camera, its configuration is 12 megapixel, but my picture quality I bought a new enter e-wc 12 pc camera, its configuration is 12 megapixel, but my picture quality is very poor,in the box mentione 12 megapixel is through software upgradation, can u pls confirm which software i want 2 download & send me link?....

Are u sure, that your camera is set to the 12MP in your software??
