I can hear but can't be heard Razer Kraken Pro

So I just built my first pc ever and it was pretty difficult for me. Everything was fined in till i tried to use my Razer Kraken Pro on skype. I can hear people talk on skype and in CSGO but I cant talk back to them at all. I do not know if I had plug every thing correctly or I miss a chord. It can't be the headphone because i used it on my phone to see if it was them but it worked. My mobo is msi gaming 5 z97 if that helps at all.

Go to the Options in Skype and make sure you have it set to use your headset as the mic in the Audio Settings. This is usually the most commonly overlooked step.
