I can log in to my Facebook account but it won't let me continue it asks me to recognize friends

It's a security precaution used by Facebook when they're not sure you're who you say you are. Just follow the directions to log into your account.

On the other hand if you can't verify any of the friends then stop hacking other people's accounts.
