I cannot find the content filtering button under user controls on my Samsung S7 what do I do I am the parent and this is annoy

I am in mother in the parent for kids trying to download an app for myself on my phone and it says the content filtering level won't let me I have been through my phone in the settings and the user-controls there is no anything that says content filtering what do I do where did it go help please

There is no other way
You have to reset your phone or just buy another phone or purchase the app in some other phone of yours
