I cannot get my laptop out of safe mode. I have a toshiba running windows 10. Any suggestions?

I was trying to get my laptop to connect to the internet. Am told that the windows 10 disabled my internet adapters and I need to download new drivers but I cannot get onto the internet. Visicious circle there... and now I cannot get it out of safe mode. Still do not have internet access either.
UGH!!!!

Any suggestions?

Try right clicking the start button and selection run. Type in msconfig and hit enter. Click on the boot tab and un-check safe boot if it is indeed checked. Good luck!
