i cant find my phone! i think its outside in the snow! i called Verizon and they said they couldnt locate it

If you remember setting it down in the house, how could it be in the snow? Was your phone turned on? Have someone call your number and go outside where you may have been today and listen for it ringing (might not work if it is noisy where you live). Try to remember where you were outside your house today and listen for it ringing. If you try calling your number from another phone and it goes straight to voicemail, then it was probably turned off, which may explain why Verizon couldn't locate it.
