I can't hear any thing in my turtle beaches not even my self what do I do

Looking for help in which to make my turtle beaches work. I can't hear anything when I speak or when I play games. Right after I dropped my controller one inch from the ground it started to happen. Does anyone know why

The fall probably stretched and broke a wire or internal connection.

Especially so if all three (bass, game, chat) are out.

Possibly could be repairable if you can find the break point. Open things up as much as you can to look.

Nothing to lose by trying....
