I was deleting and old version of Auto cad file directly from c drive and accidentally i deleted some program file and i cant open any thing as if everything got corrupted

Just for the reference, Which is your antivirus. I had seen this issue before. Try to disable your Antivirus if you are having.

Deleted some program file? could be windows required file. try using your OS disk to repair install
