I did what was stated and none of the capacitors are domed any other answers?

I looked up the symptoms for my problem no picture and the power indicator pulses red the answer i found was a bad capacitor but when i opened it up all of them look good and none are domed like described for a bad one and im at a loss for any other answers does anybody know what i can do it is a 40" lg unsure of anything else as i bought it off of facebook any and all answers would be appreciated
