Without a capture device you can not capture anything.

I know what the user means; He/she wants to be able to install a virtual cam like this:

I don't know how well it works, or whatever; I just Binged it and found it.
Some social networking sites won't let you use their site unless you have a cam running and broadcasting, and this should work for that purpose.
