Also BIOS password protection is frequently employed by users in order to protect themselves in the event of a lost or stolen PC. If said thief were to access the BIOS, change the boot device, and re-install Windows, they'd then have a fully functioning PC. Simply password protecting your user account is not enough these days.
@OP, as suggested, call the manufacturer and request assistance. You'll more than likely need to be able to prove ownership of the device, so I hope you kept the receipt and or packaging. You won't get any help with this here.
